2014 TAPS Napa Valley After Dinner Cabernet Sauvignon

The 2014 Piña Napa Valley After Dinner Cabernet Sauvignon wafts from the glass with gorgeous aromas of blackberry, black currant and raspberry fruit. Hints of spice, cedar and dried flower petals are seamlessly interlaced with the dark fruits. This full-bodied after dinner wine has balanced sweetness on the palate and reveals a caramel note on the finish. The TAPS is ready to drink now but will age beautifully in bottle for several years. In similar fashion to a young vintage port, we recommend consuming the bottle within 4-5 days of opening.
